Terms & Conditions for Play Area Bookings

Effective Date: February 7, 2025

By completing a booking at The Kids Park, you (the “Customer” or “Parent/Guardian”) agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms ensure the safety and enjoyment of all visitors. By agreeing to these terms during checkout, you also agree to and acknowledge the Liability Waiver associated with The Kids Park.

1. Booking and Payment

1.1. All bookings must be made through our website and are subject to availability.
1.2. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
1.3. Bookings are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of management.
1.4. Any promotional offers or discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

2. Play Area Rules

2.1. The Kids Park is a parent/guardian-supervised play area. Children must always be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult (18+ years).
2.2. Socks must be worn at all times within the play area for hygiene and safety reasons.
2.3. No outside food or drink is allowed, except for baby food or items approved by management.
2.4. Rough play, bullying, and dangerous behavior are strictly prohibited. The Kids Park reserves the right to remove any individual who violates safety rules without a refund.
2.5. The recommended age and weight limits for different play areas must be followed at all times.

3. Safety and Liability Waiver

3.1. By completing the booking, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the Liability Waiver.
3.2. The Kids Park is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages incurred during playtime.
3.3. The Kids Park has installed security cameras for safety monitoring. Footage may be used to review incidents if necessary.
3.4. Customers are responsible for any damages caused to the play equipment by their children.

4. Health & Hygiene

4.1. Children and adults showing signs of illness (e.g., fever, vomiting, diarrhea) will not be permitted to enter the play area.
4.2. The Kids Park maintains high cleanliness standards, but visitors must also follow hygiene rules, including sanitizing hands upon entry.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

5.1. Bookings can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
5.2. In case of unexpected closures due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered a rescheduled date or credit.

6. Agreement to Waiver & Terms

By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the Liability Waiver. The Liability Waiver can be accessed here.

7. Exclusive discounts on Play sessionss

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not proceed with your booking.
