Rules & Regulations

  1. Shoes are not allowed in the play area. All adults and children must wear socks when entering the play area (by health code).  Socks are available for purchase.
  2. All shoes of children and adults must be placed in our specific shelves for all shoes, no shoes are to be left running around the play space.
  3. No food and drinks are allowed in the designated play areas. Food must be eaten at the adults or children’s tables provided around the play centre.
  4. Parents and guardians – not The Kids Park staff – are responsible for children and must remain on site at all times.
  5. No personal food and drinks is allowed to be brought into the play centre.
  6. All guests must wash or sanitize their hands before entering the play area.
  7. The Kids Park is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items. Please keep track of your belongings.
  8. Children must play in the play centre appropriately and should they not our staff have the right to ask clients to leave.
  9. Only children 9 years of age or younger are allowed to play on the playground equipment.
  10. The Kids Park has a ZERO Bullying policy. Any child or adult seen bullying or harassing others will be asked to leave and will not be entitled to a refund.
  11. Children should not climb up slides, or onto any tables or chairs. Young children below the age of 3 years old should not be climbing up the rock-climbing wall.
  12. Children that are clearly unwell shall not be allowed to enter the play centre and should a child clearly look unwell, a member of staff can ask the said child and parents/gradians to leave without providing any refund.
  13. Children using the rock-climbing wall must be watched by their parents/guardians at all times.
