- Shoes are not allowed in the play area. All adults and children must wear socks when entering the play area (by health code). Socks are available for purchase.
- All shoes of children and adults must be placed in our specific shelves for all shoes, no shoes are to be left running around the play space.
- No food and drinks are allowed in the designated play areas. Food must be eaten at the adults or children’s tables provided around the play centre.
- Parents and guardians – not The Kids Park staff – are responsible for children and must remain on site at all times.
- No personal food and drinks is allowed to be brought into the play centre.
- All guests must wash or sanitize their hands before entering the play area.
- The Kids Park is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items. Please keep track of your belongings.
- Children must play in the play centre appropriately and should they not our staff have the right to ask clients to leave.
- Only children 9 years of age or younger are allowed to play on the playground equipment.
- The Kids Park has a ZERO Bullying policy. Any child or adult seen bullying or harassing others will be asked to leave and will not be entitled to a refund.
- Children should not climb up slides, or onto any tables or chairs. Young children below the age of 3 years old should not be climbing up the rock-climbing wall.
- Children that are clearly unwell shall not be allowed to enter the play centre and should a child clearly look unwell, a member of staff can ask the said child and parents/gradians to leave without providing any refund.
- Children using the rock-climbing wall must be watched by their parents/guardians at all times.
